That's the best for manga fans like me, really.
Especially check out the hand and eye tutorials, by Koda Tadashi, they are really awesome, and helpful, also explain things very clearly.

This one helps a lot especially with lighting, it's almost completely about that actually, I loved it.

They cover a huge variety of stuff, but Itchy Animation has one of the best lighting tutorials I've come across; it's on par with Gnomon's Practical Light and Color DVD.

I came across the website for the Ryder Studio School (I wish I could take classes there!), and it's got some great articles about painting, particularly for portraits. Also check out the section called "Recollections" for some interesting personal notes from the artist.
